Elon Musk Claims ‘Woke Mind Virus’ Killed His Son

(UnitedVoice.com) – Xavier Musk came out as transgender in June 2022 at the age of 18. He then changed his name to Vivian Jenna Wilson, dropping the “Musk” from the end, saying they didn’t want anything to do with his dad, Elon Musk. The billionaire had a lot to say about the conflict in a recent interview.

On July 23, the Daily Wire published an interview between Musk and Dr. Jordan Peterson, a conservative psychologist. The Tesla founder claimed his son was “killed” by “the woke mind virus.” He also alleged he was “tricked into signing documents” allowing his son to receive gender-affirming care because he didn’t understand what was happening, and it was during the national health crisis. Musk claimed he was told Xavier “might commit suicide” if he didn’t allow it.

“I was tricked into doing this,” the businessman said. “I lost my son, essentially.”

Musk also said that the reason the transgender community calls the act of referring to a person by their given name “deadnaming” is because their child “is dead.” He told Peterson that he promised he would “destroy the woke mind virus” after his son came out as transgender.

The billionaire alleged that gender-affirming care is given to kids who aren’t capable of consenting. He agreed with Peterson that people who promote the practice should go to prison.

Musk has spoken out against transgender policies in the past. He once said it was “arguably one of the greatest threats to modern civilization.” He regularly speaks out against Democrats and has endorsed former President Donald Trump.

Xavier (now Vivian) is Musk’s child with Justine Wilson, a Canadian author who had six kids with the Tesla founder. On the application for a name change, Xavier told the Los Angeles County Superior Court that he doesn’t “live with or wish to be related to [his] biological father in any way, shape or form.”
